"The last two years, we’ve seen our numbers pretty much double and remain pretty steady lately,” said MFS Hunger Relief Program Manager Helen Vank. “With the price of food and gas prices up we’ve seen an increase in folks coming out to our pantries and needing the additional food support that we provide.”
Coins Club - MFS Economic Empowerment
The primary goal of Coins Club is to introduce young students to relevant financial literacy topics, including currency and forms of exchange, community focused reciprocity, and how budgeting and saving applies to more than just money, but also to time and energy.
