Paul Vindigni has 35 years of experience serving in CFO, COO and CEO roles for organizations in various industries including semiconductor equipment manufacturing; secured transportation; music publishing and consumer goods products. Currently, Paul is the CEO of Software Solutions, Inc a technology based supply chain company headquartered in Tigard, Oregon. Paul often joins companies during times of transition with the intention of executing an equity and/or debt transaction to lead the way for an owner’s exit or to provide ongoing working capital for the business. As part of Paul’s role, he drives change management to effectively enhance the value of the company by driving efficiencies and operational excellence within all areas of the business.

Paul is also an adjunct instructor at Portland State University’s School of Business where he teaches International Financial Management and Geopolitical Risks and Impacts on Multinational Corporations.

Impressed by the breath of community services provided by Metropolitan Family Service and the commitment of the team, Paul joined as a board member in 2020 and now serves as the Chair of the Development Committee.

Paul holds an undergraduate Degree and an MBA in Financial Management from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.
