Anne Marie’s career in nonprofit fundraising and communications has included work in youth services, the arts and culture sector, and social services. She serves as the Executive Director of The Johnson Family Foundation, and she is passionate about the intersection of philanthropy and community-based initiatives. Although she was born in California, Anne Marie moved to Portland as a child and considers herself an Oregonian! She attended Kenyon College where she received a degree in English Literature and went on to earn her Masters in Cultural Policy and Arts Administration from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Anne Marie is the mother of a dynamic 5 year-old who consistently asks her questions for which she strives to identify answers. She enjoys the PNW outdoors, travel, spending time with friends and family, reading and writing in her spare time.
