Leslie Lambert (she/her)

Leslie joined the MFS Board in 2023. Her professional background is in strategic communications and customer insights. As a senior manager within ICF’s energy consulting group, Leslie oversees initiatives that provide people and small businesses with information on energy efficiency, decarbonization, and available funding to help advance the net-zero transition.

Leslie uses a people-centric approach to her communications strategies on behalf of utilities, city and state governments, and other organizations by mining demographic and other data. Prior to joining ICF, she spoke directly with community members across Texas, her home state, in English and Spanish to understand their food needs.

Leslie received her undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from Yale College and her MBA from the Yale School of Management. She lives in Portland with her husband and is an avid reader and hiker.
