Douglas Miltenberger is an educator, mediator, and former family-law attorney dedicated to strengthening families and supporting community well-being. A graduate of Bates College, Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law, and Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling, Doug has spent his career working at the intersection of education, conflict resolution, and public service. He has taught in both independent and public-school settings, served as a volunteer mediator, and long supported youth development through coaching and mentoring. Doug brings a deep commitment to equity, community empowerment, and compassionate problem- solving to his service with Metropolitan Family Service.
