Prosper Portland

Lisa Pettinati is the Director of Real Estate and Community Development at Prosper Portland where she leads district-scale redevelopment, TIF district investment strategy, and real estate finance for the City of Portland’s urban renewal and economic development agency.

She previously served as Deputy General Counsel at the Oregon State Treasury, advising on legal and compliance matters for a diversified investment portfolio exceeding $140 billion, and as Assistant General Counsel at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation where she worked on complex international finance and real estate transactions. She began her career at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.

Lisa is licensed to practice law in Oregon, New York, and Washington, DC, and holds a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. She holds an AI certification from U.C. Berkeley Law's Executive Program.
