Maddie Joined the board of Metropolitan Family Services (MFS) in 2022 and brings a deep passion for economic vitality, addressing elderly isolation, and advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) initiatives—areas where MFS has demonstrated tremendous impact on her development as a community member. In her role as the Chair of Military Resources at Umpqua Bank and as a military spouse, Maddie brings a unique perspective to the board. Professionally, she serves as the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategy for Middle Market Banking at Umpqua Bank, leveraging her expertise in finance and strategic planning. A proud graduate of Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Maddie is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance at the same institution.
