Todd Lindamood rejoined the board of directors for MFS in 2024 after serving previously in 2014-2015. Todd recently moved back to Portland and currently serves as the Vice President, Human Resources & Labor Relations for Kaiser Permanente. In this role, he leads all human resource functions for the Northwest region, which currently has over 11,600 employees, 636,000 medical members, 287,000 dental members, and an operational footprint that includes 2 hospitals, 52 medical office buildings, and 21 dental offices.
Todd leads important HR priorities including talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, labor relations, Equity, Inclusion, & Diversity (EID).
Todd has more than 20 years of human resources and labor relations leadership experience with the last 12 of those years serving as an executive in leading organizations such as Swissport, Inc., Amazon, & Kroger/Fred Meyer. He has a proven track record of being a champion and catalyst for initiatives that accelerate EID commitments. Throughout his career, he has been a leader in change management for organizations and delivering results by cultivating strong relationships with his teams and business partners.
Todd is passionate about serving others and supporting initiatives to bring change for marginalized communities. He holds a bachelorโs degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and marketing from Argosy University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University.
